Hamburger Meat

So I am in the process of making dinner and my mind was wondering as it does alot and I was thinking how hamburger meat is the cheapest meat really to cook with yet its not the healthiest really. So as I was rinsing my meat I thought hmm I bet I have not posted about this yet lol! So yep thats what I do to help cut out the fat on my hamburger meat! I drain it in a collendar and then rince with hot water until the water runs clear! Walah I have rinced all the fat off my hamburger lol! Okay thats it just thought I'd share this little tip with ya'll! Off to finsish cooking my meal!
